As a garment factory, our goal is to provide high-quality products that meet the expectations of our customers. However, we understand that sometimes, issues may arise with the garments that we produce. That’s why we have a return and exchange policy in place to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.

Our return and exchange policy applies to all garments that are purchased from our factory. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the garment must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return or exchange, customers can contact our customer service team through our website or by phone. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the garment, including the shipping address and any necessary documentation. Once we receive the garment, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return and exchange policy criteria. If the garment is deemed eligible for a refund or exchange, we will process the request within 5 business days.

Please note that some garments may have specific return and exchange policies due to their nature or customization. For example, customized garments may not be eligible for a full refund, and some items such as swimwear may only be eligible for an exchange due to hygiene reasons. These policies will be clearly outlined on our website and communicated to customers at the time of purchase.
